content

Because of an attack by Apaches , the passengers seek shelter in a stagecoach station. The Driscoll among them has an official and a secret reason to travel with them. In the station he meets Major Loman, who was sentenced to prison years ago by Driscoll in order to make his claims himself. Meanwhile, the Apaches continue their attacks on the station. Promoted by the increased nervousness and aggressiveness, it turns out that Driscoll is also responsible for the death of the husband of the passenger Ruth. Everyone is working together again to repel the attack on the station. When this is successful, the opponents turn to each other and seek the decision.

criticism

"Average Western from the early days of the genre"

- Ulrich P. Bruckner: For a few more corpses.

"Average western with a lot of lard and numerous dead people draped according to the genre."

“A Wild West renaissance has broken out. Here, too, after the tried and tested mixture of Indian howls, stubborn bandits, stagecoach and settlers, a lead-laden strip has been created that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of speed and tension. (Oasis)"
