career
Easily began playing football at SC Geislingen in his youth and stayed with the club in the men's team. From the 1996/97 season he coached the U19s of VfB Stuttgart and kept this position for seven years. This was followed by two more years as the club's U17 coach, with whom he won the German championship in 2004 . He then became an assistant coach at 1. FC Köln , but switched back to the youth division after one season, to the A-Juniors at Eintracht Frankfurt . There he was promoted to head coach of the second team during his second year in office. The SV Sandhausen noticed him and signed him in February 2010 as the successor of Gerd Dais . In the sand houses he only managed four wins in 23 games, so he was already on leave in September 2010. After a two-year break, Leicht took over the U17s from RB Leipzig in September 2012, who play in the B-Junioren-Bundesliga . In the 2013/14 season he and the team made it into the final of the German championship , in which the U17 Borussia Dortmund had to admit defeat 1: 2. Since the 2014/15 season he has been responsible for the U19s of the club, who are competing in the A-Junioren-Bundesliga , with whom he was able to win the championship title of the North / Northeast relay at the end of the season. On May 6, 2016, RB Leipzig announced that Achim Beierlorzer , the previous assistant coach of the professional team, would be his successor as U19 coach for the new season. Easily switch to the scouting area and also take part in training courses.
