Frank Herman Nouble (born September 24, 1991 in Lewisham , London ) is an English football player.

Career

society

Nouble was born in Lewisham , London and his parents are from Ivory Coast . He started his career in 2004 with the U-12 team of Chelsea FC and has been an integral part of the academy team since the 2007/08 season. In November 2007 he made his debut in the reserve team.

In July 2009, he turned down a contract offer from Chelsea and signed a five-year deal with local rivals West Ham United on July 21 . He played his first Premier League game and thus also his first professional game on August 15 in a 2-0 away win over Wolverhampton Wanderers , where he came on as a substitute for Carlton Cole . On January 17, 2010, he made his debut in the starting XI in a 0-0 draw at Aston Villa . On February 8th, it was awarded to West Bromwich Albion for a month . His first game against Scunthorpe United followed just a day later .

After his first loan period, there were other loan periods at various clubs, such as Swindon Town from March 19 to April 19. Swindon Town had serious injury concerns as key players Vincent Péricard and Billy Paynter were injured. The day after signing, he made his debut for Swindon against Norwich City . In April the loan period was extended until the end of the 2009/10 season.

In the new season, Nouble was awarded again in September for three months to Swansea City . On September 18, he completed his first game for this team against Scunthorpe United , as he did during the loan period at West Bromwich Albion . On September 28, he scored the first goal of his professional career in a 3-2 win over Watford FC . He came into the game as a substitute and achieved the 3-0 lead with his first contact with the ball. But after an injury and a related forced break, he returned to London in October. In January 2011, Nouble moved to Barnsley FC on loan until the end of the season . A day later he came to his first league appearance in a 2-0 win over Preston North End . In March, coach Mark Robins decided to end the loan period early, after which Nouble returned. On March 11th, Nouble was awarded again, this time for a month to Charlton Athletic . When 0: 1 home defeat against FC Brentford he completed his debut and on March 19 he scored at a 1: 2 defeat at Dagenham & Redbridge his first and only goal for Charlton.

For the 2011/12 season he was loaned to Gillingham FC for one month in September 2011 . In his debut game he scored once in a 6-1 win over Hereford United . After a very convincing month there, his loan period was extended for another month. On December 31, Nouble scored his first and only league goal for West Ham in a 2-1 draw against Derby County . Two days before the winter transfer window closed in January 2012, fourth division Crawley Town tried to sign Nouble, West Ham accepted the transfer, but Nouble did not agree. In March he was then loaned out to Barnsley FC for a month . On May 23, West Ham announced that it would not renew Nouble's expiring contract and that he could move on for free.

He then moved to Wolverhampton Wanderers on June 22 , where he signed a two-year contract. After only two short appearances in the first half of the 2012/13 season, his contract was dissolved after half a year and Nouble moved to Ipswich Town in January 2013 . There he was a regular player right from the start, even if the goal loot with two goals from 38 league games in the 2013/14 season was rather moderate. In September 2014 Nouble was loaned to Coventry City and already scored the 1-0 winner against Gillingham FC on his competitive debut .

National team

Nouble played for the England U-17 national team in 2008, and on October 8, 2009, he made his debut for the U-19 national team in a 3-1 win over Finland in the qualifying match for the 2010 U-19 European Football Championship in France .

On July 18, 2010, he scored two goals in the final game in a 3-2 win over Austria .
