The Frankfurt City Blues Band is a German blues band that was founded in 1977 in Frankfurt am Main .
In the course of time the Frankfurt City Blues Band went on tour all over Germany - for example with concerts at the Open Ohr Festival in Mainz, in the historical music club Onkel Pö in Hamburg together with Vince Weber , in the factory in Hamburg, in the Mainz Unterhaus for rock against right in 1979 and at the SWF Blues Festival. There were also appearances on radio and television programs. The blues musicians went on tour with Alexis Korner , Louisiana Red and champion Jack Dupree, among others . With the recording of their album One, Two, Go, Go , the band continued to develop musically and since then has been playing, as they call it, "psychedelic blues". The first three records appeared in the original line-up. After that, the musicians changed frequently.
