Franz Hiemesch
Franz Hiemesch (born December 15, 1849 in Kronstadt ; † April 4, 1911 there ) was a Transylvanian politician .
Life
The son of a priest , studied Hiemesch after visiting the Sighisoara school law in Sibiu , Leipzig and Cluj . During his studies in 1871 he became a member of the Normannia Leipzig fraternity . He was promoted to Dr. iur. PhD . After completing his studies, he became a trainee lawyer in Kronstadt, in 1878 city economic adjunct, in 1884 head city governor and in 1898 mayor there . He sat in the national consistory of the Evangelical Church AB in Romania . He was a member of the Saxon University of Nations in Transylvania . In 1908 he was appointed to the Royal Council.
