Franz Mayer (District Administrator)

Franz Mayer (* 1862 in Bamberg ; † 1948 in Munich ) was a German administrative officer.

Career

Mayer was the district administrator of the Alzenau district office for around twenty years until 1921 . He lived with his second wife - the first had died in 1909 - and 14 children in the official apartment in the district office building.
