Franz Persoglia
Franz von Persoglia (* 1852 in Laibach ; † 1912 in Vienna ) was an Austrian history and genre painter .
Life
Von Persoglia studied at the Vienna Academy (under Eduard von Engerth ) and was a genre painter of the Romantic period , which, especially in the second half of the 19th century, received a new impetus for very realistic representations.
In addition to these realistic representations, Persoglia also created a large number of paintings in the style of the Neo-Rococo and its "fine society".

- Lovers in the park , in an exhibition for the 1917 estate auction.
- Collection of various head and figure studies (14 watercolors) and further studies on interiors and landscapes, in an exhibition for auction in July 1920.
