The Communauté de communes Orb et Jaur is a former French community association with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Hérault department in the Occitania region . It was founded on December 9, 1996 and comprised 12 parishes. The administrative seat was in Olargues . The community association was named after the rivers Orb and Jaur running here .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged

and thus formed the successor organization Communauté de communes Minervois Saint-Ponais Orb-Jaur .
