Saint-Étienne-d'Albagnan ( Occitan : Lo Mas de la Gleisa ) is a French commune with 306 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Béziers and the canton of Saint-Pons-de-Thomières (until 2015: canton of Olargues ). The inhabitants are called Stéphanois or Albagnanais .

Saint-Étienne-d'Albagnan is surrounded by the neighboring communities Fraisse-sur-Agout in the north and north-west, Saint-Vincent-d'Olargues in the north, Olargues in the east, Ferrières-Poussarou in the south and south-east, Riols in the west and south-west as well Prémian in the west.
