Fos ( Occitan : Fòs ) is a southern French municipality with 107 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitanie region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Béziers and the canton of Cazouls-lès-Béziers (until 2015: canton of Roujan ).

Fos is about 25 kilometers north-northeast of Béziers . Fos is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pézènes-les-Mines in the north, Montesquieu in the south and east and Roquessels in the west.
