Fraisse-sur-Agout is a southern French municipality with 340 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitanie region (before 2016: Languedoc-Roussillon ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Béziers and the canton of Saint-Pons-de-Thomières (until 2015: canton of La Salvetat-sur-Agout ). The inhabitants are called Fraissois .

Fraisse-sur-Agout is located about 34 kilometers northwest of Béziers am Agout . Fraisse-sur-Agout is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Nages in the north, Murat-sur-Vèbre in the northeast, Cambon-et-Salvergues in the east, Saint-Julien in the east and southeast, Saint-Vincent-d'Olargues in the southeast, Saint- Étienne-d'Albagnan , Prémian and Riols in the south and La Salvetat-sur-Agout in the west.
