Neffiès ( Occitan : Nefiès ) is a southern French municipality with 1,056 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitania region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Béziers and the canton of Cazouls-lès-Béziers (until 2015: canton of Roujan ). The inhabitants are called Neffièssois .

Neffiès is located about 20 kilometers north-northeast of Béziers . Neffiès is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cabrières in the north and north-east, Fontès in the east, Caux in the south and south-east, Roujan in the south and south-west and Vailhan in the west and north-west.
