Thézan-lès-Béziers is located about seven kilometers northwest of Béziers in the Minervois countryside . The Orb flows to the west of the municipality . Thézan-lès-Béziers is surrounded by the neighboring communities Murviel-lès-Béziers in the north and north-west, Pailhès in the north-east, Corneilhan in the south and south-east, Lignan-sur-Orb and Maraussan in the south, Cazouls-lès-Béziers in the west and south-west as well Cessenon-sur-Orb to the west and north-west.
