La Tour-sur-Orb ( Occitan La Torre d'Orb ) is a southern French commune in the department of Herault in the region Occitania (2015: Languedoc-Roussillon ). It has 1,273 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Béziers and the canton of Clermont-l'Hérault (until 2015: canton of Bédarieux ). The inhabitants are called Tourorbois .

La Tour-sur-Orb is located about 35 kilometers north-northwest of Béziers am Orb . La Tour-sur-Orb is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Camplong and Le Bousquet-d'Orb in the north, Lunas in the northeast, Dio-et-Valquières in the east, Carlencas-et-Levas in the southeast, Bédarieux in the south, Villemagne-l ' Argentière in the south and south-west, Le Pradal in the south-west, Taussac-la-Billière in the west and Saint-Étienne-Estréchoux in the north-west.
The municipality's train station is on the Béziers – Neussargues railway line .
