Fouzilhon ( Occitan : Fosilhon ) is a southern French municipality with 244 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitania region . It belongs to the arrondissement of Béziers and the canton of Cazouls-lès-Béziers (until 2015: canton of Roujan ). The inhabitants are called Fouzilhonais .

Fouzilhon is located about 17 kilometers north-northeast of Béziers . Fouzilhon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Roquessels in the north, Gabian in the east, Pouzolles in the southeast, Magalas in the south and southwest and Laurens in the west.
