Rosis ( Occitan : Ròsis ) is a French commune with 287 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hérault department in the Occitania region . It is part of the arrondissement of Béziers and the canton of Saint-Pons-de-Thomières (until 2015: canton of Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare ).

Rosis is located about 35 kilometers north-northwest of Béziers am Mare in the mountain range of the Monts de l'Espinouse . Rosis is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Castanet-le-Haut in the north and north-west, Saint-Geniès-de-Varensal in the north-east, Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare in the east and north-east, Taussac-la-Billière in the east, Combes in the south-east, Colombières-sur-Orb and Saint-Martin-de-l'Arçon in the south, Mons in the southwest and Cambon-et-Salvergues in the west.
