Carlencas-et-Levas is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Dio-et-Valquières in the north, Brenas in the east and northeast, Pézènes-les-Mines in the south and east, Bédarieux in the west and south-west and La Tour-sur-Orb in the west.
