Franz Friedrich Wilhelm Zilly (born January 14, 1862 in Berlin ; † December 4, 1916 there ) was a German figure skater who started in a single run .

Zilly started for the Berlin EV in 1886 . He won the bronze medal at the first European championship in Hamburg in 1891, behind his compatriots Oskar Uhlig and Anon Schmitson .

Zilly took part in two other European championships. In 1893 he was sixth and in 1900 fifth.
