Fredrik Holtz (born March 22, 1985 in Mora ) is a Swedish floorball player who is under contract with Hagunda IF.
Career
society
Career in Sweden
Holtz grew up in Mora and joined KAIS Mora in 1994 . The Swedish-German dual citizen stayed with Mora until he moved to Jönköpings IK in the south of Sweden. After two seasons in Jönköping, he moved to the surrounding club Mullsjö AIS in the second Swedish league. In 2008 the team from Mullsjö was promoted to the SSL. After a strong season in the SSL, the dual citizen was on the list of numerous top clubs. On the 2009/10 season he moved to the top club Storvreta IBK . With Storvreta he was able to win the Swedish championship three times in a row. After the end of the 2014/15 season of the Svenska Superligan , Storvreta announced that the club wanted to rejuvenate the squad. The contract of the veteran was terminated prematurely.
Change to Switzerland
On the day the contract was terminated, the Swedish club announced the move from Holtz to Switzerland. The confirmation from HC Rychenberg Winterthur came one day later, on April 9, 2015. In his first season in Switzerland he scored 21 goals in 29 games and put on 26 goals. He was eliminated with HC Rychenberg Winterthur in the semi-finals of the playoffs against the eventual champions from Grasshopper Club Zurich . In his second season he was able to occupy second place after qualifying with the HCR.
Hagunda IF
On February 11, 2018, the Swedish Allsvenskan club Hagunda IF announced the transfer of the offensive player to the 2018/19 season.
National team
Holtz played for the Swedish national team in his youth, but later decided to play for the German national floorball team. For the senior national team, he played three world championships and took part in numerous tournaments. Dabi he scored 95 points scorer in 53 games. He scored 54 goals himself, and the nimble and two-way attacking player played 41 more.
