Friedemann Kainer
Friedemann Kainer (* 1973 ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
He studied law in Heidelberg , first state examination in 1997. After completing his doctorate with Peter-Christian Müller-Graff on the subject of “Takeovers in Internal Market Law. At the same time a contribution to the private law effects of the fundamental freedoms ”(awarded the Fritz Grunebaum Prize) and the Rigorosum in June 2001, he was a trainee lawyer at the Frankenthal Regional Court from 2000 to 2002 . a. in New York City . In 2002 he became a research assistant and later academic advisor at the Institute for German and European Company and Business Law. After completing his habilitation on "Equal Treatment in Civil Law" in 2012 ( Venia legendi for civil law, company law, commercial law, European law and labor law), he has been professor of civil law, German and European commercial and labor law at the University of Mannheim since the fall semester of 2012 .
