Maria Friedrich-Franz Johannes Moritz Cyriakus Hubertuis Graf von Brühl (born August 8, 1848 in Pförten , † July 11, 1911 in Pförten ) was a freelance civil servant and politician.

family

Brühl came from an old Saxon-Thuringian noble family with ancestral home at Gangloffsommern in Thuringia , which had come to power and influence especially in Saxony . As a result of the Seven Years' War, the family-owned Pförten family came into Prussian territory, but remained in the family's possession and established the right to a hereditary seat in the Prussian manor house .

Brühl was the son of the landlord and manor house member Friedrich Stephan Graf von Brühl (1819-1893) and his wife Paula Gräfin von Spee (1826-1889). District President Franz von Brühl (1852–1928) was his younger brother. Count Friedrich Franz von Brühl married Princess Bertha von Lobkowitz (1851–1887). The couple had nine children:

  • Maria Sidonia (February 10, 1887 - February 12, 1963)

Life

In 1893 Brühl inherited the rulership of Pförten and other goods in Forst , Kohlo , Oegeln , Kümmelitz, Mehlen and Gangloffsümmern .

Since 1893 he took the hereditary seat of the family in the Prussian manor house. He belonged to the manor house until his death in 1911.
