Franz Graf von Brühl (* 18 November 1852 on Castle Pförten , Kreis Sorau , Regierungsbezirk Frankfurt , † 10. January 1928 in Freiburg ) was a German jurist .

Life

After high school at Görres-Gymnasium in Dusseldorf studied Brühl 1872-1875 Law in Bonn, Strasbourg, Leipzig and Berlin. After the first state examination, he joined the judicial service of the Kingdom of Prussia in 1875 and was a trainee lawyer at several judicial and administrative authorities. In the meantime he was a one-year volunteer .

After the second exam he came to the district court in Forst (Lausitz) as a court assessor in 1882 . From 1883 he headed (initially provisionally) the Oberamt Gammertingen . In 1885 he was first provisionally to re- district administrator of the circle down in Trier appointed. In 1889 he became district administrator of the Koblenz district and at the same time police director of the city of Koblenz . In 1896 he returned to Sigmaringen as Director of the Administrative Court and Deputy District President . For over 20 years and the First World War , from 1899 to 1919, he was the district president of the Hohenzollern Lands . He spent his retirement in Freiburg.

In 1897 he had married Countess Aloysia von Quadt-Wykradt-Isny .
