Friedrich Ackermann (judge)

Friedrich Ackermann (born November 4, 1799 in Bützow ; † May 26, 1866 ) was a German instance judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Ackermann was the only son of the Bützow mayor and city judge Friedrich Wilhelm Georg Ackermann and his wife Charlotte, nee. Siggelkow. He studied law. After graduating, he was initially a magistrate's auditor in Schwerin . On November 27, 1832 judicial councilor in the Mecklenburg judiciary in Güstrow and in 1837 senior appellate judge at the higher appeal court in Parchim , which had its seat in Rostock from 1840 , and its vice-president in the late 1840s. As a member of parliament in 1848, he was a member of the Mecklenburg Assembly for the constituency of Mecklenburg-Schwerin 55: Parkentin . He joined the parliamentary group (right) center and was elected to the economic committee . As a liberal , he was retired on November 25, 1851 for political reasons. His successor was Carl Trotsche .

Ackermann had been a member of the Association for Mecklenburg History and Archeology since 1835 .
