Access to the manor Bokeloh

On May 1, 1858, he became the sole owner of the Brokeloh manor in Brokeloh through inheritance and purchase . The Brokeloh manor had become dilapidated during this time. Niemeyer collected a special building fund for repairs so that the manor could be restored between 1871 and 1875. Niemeyer married on June 2, 1843 in Celle the daughter Caroline of the Rittmeister and later lieutenant colonel Rudolf Friedrichs zu Celle, later Osnabrück (born November 16, 1823, † April 10, 1890 in Hanover).

Since 1986 the property has been managed by Carsten Niemeyer, who inherited it from his grandfather Erich Niemeyer in 1982.
