Friedrich Bauer (District Administrator)

Friedrich Bauer (born September 5, 1906 in Calw , † March 4, 1990 in Öhringen ) was a German local politician.

Life

After attending the Realprogymnasium in Calw, Bauer studied law at the universities of Tübingen , Berlin and Kiel from 1925 to 1930 . During his studies in Tübingen he became a member of the Tübingen royal society Roigel . He then entered the administrative service, initially working for the Waldsee District Office from 1934 to 1937 and as a member of the government at the Ulm Police Department from 1937 to 1943 . After participating in the Second World War and being imprisoned by Russia until 1949, Bauer was employed at the Waiblingen and Crailsheim district offices . In 1952 he became district administrator of the Baden-Württemberg district of Öhringen and carried out this activity until his retirement in 1971.
