Friedrich Braun (politician, 1849)

Friedrich Braun (born August 16, 1849 in Alsheim ; † April 20, 1935 there ) was a Hessian politician ( NLP ) and a former member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Friedrich Braun was the son of the farmer Konrad Braun and his wife Maria nee Hirsch. Friedrich Braun, who was a Protestant denomination, was married to Barbara Schwalbach (1852-1936).

Friedrich Braun worked as a farmer. In 1889 he became a shop steward for the agricultural and forestry trade association. In 1899 he became mayor of Alsheim.

In the 32nd and 33rd electoral periods (1902–1908) Friedrich Braun was a member of the second chamber of the state estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse. In the state estates he represented the constituency Rheinhessen 6 / Oppenheim .
