Friedrich Eduard Eule (born February 22, 1831 in Stollberg / Erzgeb. , † April 5, 1910 in Auerbach / Vogtl. ) Was a German lawyer and liberal politician .

Life and work

The son of a pharmacist studied from May 1847 at the University of Leipzig law . In November 1850 he finished his studies by taking the state examination in law and becoming a notary. He gained practical experience from November 1850 to February 1851 in the expedition of the lawyer and court director Schwerdfeger in Leipzig and then until November 1851 with the lawyer Robert Sickel. In November 1852, Eule passed the second state examination in law and received his license to practice medicine . He entered the civil service, where he worked until August 1864. In September 1864 he took up the post of mayor of the Vogtland town of Auerbach, which was endowed with an annual salary of 500 thalers. At the same time he was enrolled as a notary and in January 1865 engaged as a lawyer. From 1869 to 1873 he represented the 24th urban constituency in the Second Chamber of the Saxon State Parliament . After leaving the mayor's office in 1889, he continued to work as a lawyer and notary. In November 1902, the court of honor of the Bar Association imposed a fine of 300 marks on him for violating his professional duties. In November 1905 he resigned from his notarial office in order to avoid disciplinary proceedings because of a "complete lack of business order" which was determined according to the audit report.
