Friedrich Mergell

Friedrich Ludwig August Jakob Karl Sigmund Hermann Mergell (also Mergel ) (born October 7, 1860 in Friedewald ; † March 17, 1921 in Reichelsheim ) was a Hessian politician ( NLP ) and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Friedrich Mergell was the son of the forest ranger Heinrich August Richard Mergell and his wife Maria Bertha, née Zipf. Mergell, who was a Protestant, married Katharina nee Dingeldein. He was a postal worker, postal assistant and postal administrator in Reichelsheim.

From 1911 to 1918 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Starkenburg 5 / Fürth-Reichelsheim .
