Friedrich Niepoth

Friedrich Niepoth (born October 24, 1888 in Schlitz ; † June 26, 1963 there ) was a Hessian politician ( DVP ) and a member of the Landtag of the People's State of Hesse in the Weimar Republic .

Friedrich Niepoth was the son of the soap manufacturer Wilhelm Niepoth and his wife Karoline Henriette Maria, née Weifenbach. He married Erna, born Diehl , on August 13, 1922 in Groß-Gerau . Friedrich Niepoth was a Protestant. Friedrich Niepoth studied law and political science in Munich , Kiel and Würzburg and graduated with the two state examinations in law and the Dr. jur. from. In 1919 he became mayor of Schlitz. From 1924 to 1933 he was a member of the Hessian state parliament.
