Friedrich Paravicini

Friedrich Paravicini (born April 18, 1974 in Paris ) is a French-German jazz musician ( piano , accordion , also cello , arrangement, composition).

Paravicini first grew up in Paris. He completed a jazz degree as a cellist at the Berlin University of the Arts . Since 1995 he has been working as a freelance musician on various instruments; he worked for Lou Reed , Herbert Grönemeyer , Annett Louisan , Aino Löwenmark and Jochen Distelmeyer , among others . In the jazz area he belonged to the groups of Esther Kaiser , Arne Jansen , Jonas Schoen and Niels Klein Tubes and Wires . He released three albums under his own name. He was also active as a theater musician, for example in Robert Wilson's production of Frank Wedekind's Lulu at the Berliner Ensemble .
