Friedrich Rahardt

Friedrich Rahardt (born March 25, 1920 in Marburg (Lahn) ; † October 3, 1996 ) was a German lawyer and member of the Hamburg Parliament for the CDU .

Life

After attending school in Osnabrück and Bad Arolsen / Waldeck, Friedrich Rahardt graduated from high school in 1938 and studied law, political science and philosophy. In 1941 he passed his first state examination in law and then completed his military service. He then worked as a trainee lawyer in Göttingen and Celle and finally passed the assessor examination in Hamburg in 1950 . From 1951 he worked as a lawyer in Hamburg.

From 1966 to 1991 he moved to the Hamburg parliament as a member of the CDU. The focus of his work there lay with the Committee on Home Affairs and the Civil Service and the Committee on the Situation and Rights of Foreigners .

The CDU politician Susanne Rahardt-Vahldieck , who died in 2008, was his daughter, while the constitutional lawyer and CDU politician Heino Vahldieck was his son-in-law.
