Friedrich Tröltsch
Friedrich Tröltsch (* 12. February 1838 in White Castle in Bavaria , † 6. February 1924 ibid ) was a Bavarian manufacturer , fire chief and politician .
biography
Friedrich Tröltsch came from an old and well-known Weissenburg family. He was related to the lawyer and writer Karl Friedrich Tröltsch (1729–1804) and to the Reichstag member Wilhelm Troeltsch (1840–1925). From 1859 to 1861 Tröltsch was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies for the constituency Wb.Eichstätt / Mfr . He was a member of two state parliaments. Tröltsch founded the Weißenburg fire brigade on January 2, 1867 with eight other people and was its second in command from 1875 to 1898. In 1896 he was elected to the head of all fire services in Central Franconia . Tröltsch was of the Evangelical Lutheran faith . He died at the age of 85, six days before his birthday.
