Friedrich Wilhelm Anton Joseph Freiherr von Boeselager (born November 1, 1778 in Münster; † 1851 ) was canon in Münster and Osnabrück.

Life

Origin and family

Friedrich Wilhelm Anton Joseph von Boeselager was born as the son of Kaspar Friedrich von Boeselager zu Eggerfelden (1743-1801) and his wife Maria Anna von Ketteler zu Harkotten (1750-1820). His sister Maria Anna (1774–1848) was married to Max Friedrich Freiherr von Oer . His brother Friedrich Ferdinand (1781–1863) was canon in Osnabrück and Münster. His brother Maximilian von Boeselager was married to Bernhardine von Boeselager. She was a sister of Canon Kaspar Anton von Boeselager (1779-1825) and the mayor Maximilian Anton von Boeselager.

Act

Friedrich Wilhelm began studying in Münster in October 1796 . He received the cathedral praise , which Paul Karl von Hanxleden zu Eickel had renounced in 1798. On June 15, 1802, Friedrich Wilhelm also became canon in Osnabrück . Friedrich Wilhelm received no higher orders .
