Fritillaria sewerzowii ( Syn. : Korolkowia sewerzowii (rule) Rule ) is a plant from the genus Fritillaria within the family of the lily family (Liliaceae). It used to be placed in the monotypical genus Korolkowia Regel .

Fritillaria sewerzowii is a perennial herbaceous plant that reaches a height of about 20 to 50 cm. It forms an egg-shaped onion that is almost 5 cm in size . The fleshy, the bottom of the stem wide oval and becoming upwardly lanzettlicher until 15 cm long leaves are uniformly along the stem.
The four to ten purple-brown, star-shaped flowers that grow individually from the leaf axils of the shoot tips are up to 3 cm long. They bloom early from March.

Fritillaria sewerzowii grows in alpine regions in Central Asia ( Kyrgyzstan , Uzbekistan ) on stony slopes or in sparse forests. It is hardy, but needs dry and very well drained locations.
