Fritz Ruchay (born December 12, 1909 in Bialla ; † September 6, 2000 ) was a German football player and football coach. In the German national team , the outside runner was used in October 1935 in the 3-0 victory over Latvia in Königsberg.

The all-round player, he could take any position in the runner row, came from SpVgg ASCO Königsberg to SV Prussia-Samland Königsberg . When he won the Baltenverband championship with SV Prussia in 1931 and 1933 , he competed with teammates such as goalkeeper Walter Greif, Kurt Gehlhammer, Paul Wegner, Kurt Mischke, Peter Beutler, Emil Norde, Paul Bläsner, Paul Stillger and Helmut Riemann took part in the finals for the German soccer championship. He was eliminated with the black-white-blue from the Königsberg district of Amalienau in the first round against Holstein Kiel and the Beuthener SSV 09.
