Fritz Schneider (born September 2, 1928 ) is a former Swiss ski jumper .

Between 1953 and 1956, Schneider competed in a total of four competitions as part of the Four Hills Tournament . He made his debut on January 6, 1953 in Innsbruck , where he jumped to 10th place in the end. Five days later he jumped to 18th place in Bischofshofen . Also in 1954 he was able to jump into the top twenty in Bischofshofen with 15th place. His last international jumping competition was on January 1st, 1956 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , where he reached 34th place. He then ended his active international ski jumping career. Schneider achieved his greatest success at the 2nd ski flying week in Oberstdorf in 1951, when he achieved second place in the overall ranking with a new Swiss record over 133 meters.
