Fritz Widhalm

Fritz Widhalm (* 1956 in Gaisberg in Purgstall an der Erlauf in Lower Austria ) is an Austrian writer, audio book author and video artist who lives in Vienna . He sometimes uses the pseudonym Mr. Elk for music publications .

Life

Wiehalm created several joint works with Ilse Kilic , for example in 2003 the radio play Das dumme Herz and in 2006 the short films Das Fröhliche Wohnen filmed poems , where poems were filmed by a total of 30 colleagues.

In 2002, Why died the beautiful man - not a crime novel that all of Vienna is talking about . This no-crime novel could be described as "homosyntaxismo" in the sense of Oulipo . The syntax of so-called threepenny notebooks is filled with different content piece by piece.

Fritz Widhalm is co-editor of The Happy Living Room Edition and a member of the Graz authors' assembly , the interest group of Austrian authors and the Austria Filmmakers Coop. He is also the director of the Vienna Lucky Pig Museum.
