SuKuLTuR is a Berlin independent publisher . It was founded in 1995 by Marc Degens and Torsten Franz. In 2000, Frank Maleu completed the publisher collective that calls itself since "every 3" and the online feature satt.org and read booklet series " Beautiful Read " and "education and criticism" out there.
