Fritz Wilhelm Rabending
Fritz Wilhelm Rabending (born February 22, 1862 in Vienna , † June 1929 in Munich ) was an Austrian landscape painter.
Rabending studied at the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main with Heinrich Hasselhorst and at the Grand Ducal Baden Art School in Karlsruhe with Gustav Schönleber and Hermann Baisch . After graduating, he settled in Munich.
He received u. a. a gold medal at the Salzburg art exhibition in 1900 and a silver medal at the world exhibition in St. Louis in 1904 . Rabending was a member of the Reich Association of Visual Artists of Germany , the General German Art Cooperative and the Bavarian Artists Association.
