The Frost Trail is a rock spur in Queen Elizabeth Land, West Antarctica . On the north side of the Dufek massif of the Forrestal Range in the Pensacola Mountains, it rises between the Lewis Spur and the Alley Spur .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Charles Frost, logistician at the National Science Foundation .
