The Fury River is a river in the northwest of the Australian state of Tasmania .
geography
River course
The river has its source on the western slopes of Cradle Mountain in Cradle Mountain Lake St. Clair National Park and initially flows west. After about twelve kilometers it turns its course to the north and flows into Lake Mackintosh , where it forms the Mackintosh River together with the Mackintosh Creek, which flows into the same place .
