GO! Be yourself (Original title: Go! Vive a tu Manera) is an Argentine telenovela produced by Onceloops and Kuarzo Entertainment Argentina. The telenovela was released on Netflix on February 22, 2019 .
Behind the telenovela are, among others, Sebastián Mellino (music director for Violetta and Soy Luna ), Patricia Maldonado (screenwriter for Rebelde Way - Leb dein Leben und Chiquititas ) and Víctor Tevah (producer for Violetta , Soy Luna and 11 ). The second season of the telenovela was released on Netflix on June 21, 2019 .
In February 2020 it was announced that the telenovela had been extended for a third season.
action
A talented and fearless orphan from a low-income household, Mía is awarded a dance scholarship to the prestigious Saint Mary's Academy, valued for its performing arts workshops and elite students. Mía receives the scholarship from the director of the Saint Mary's Academy Ramiro Achával, as a favor to Mía's deceased mother. At the new school, she bumps into his daughter Lupe, the most popular and talented girl in the academy ... until now.
Over time, Mía will pursue her dreams of becoming a star, but at the same time has to struggle with her new and often uncomfortable surroundings. Mía is supported by her two new best friends Zoe and Simón. Through this Mía also dares to approach the heartthrob and basketball star of the school Álvaro, who is the brother of her rival.
The telenovela deals with classic teenage problems such as love, bullying, "sibling" rivalry and outsider feelings. The individual episodes are accompanied by singing with songs specially composed for the telenovela and by choreographic dances.
And of course what would a telenovela be without secrets and soap-like twists? Why was Ramiro Achával so generous to accept Mía? And will Mía find out the truth?

In November 2017, it was announced that Netflix was planning to launch a musical series for young people called Go! To produce Vive a tu Manera , which tells the story of a young girl who receives a scholarship at a renowned dance academy and has to adapt to the new environment there. It was also reported that the project will be implemented by Kuarzo Entertainment Argentina and Onceloops, with Sebastián Mellino as creator and director, Patricia Maldonado as scriptwriter and Martín Kweller, Víctor Tevah and Nicolás Mellino as producers.
In January 2018, the producers began the casting phase to find young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who have the ability to act, sing and dance. In December of the same year, it was confirmed that the main cast would be Pilar Pascual, Renata Toscano, José Giménez Zapiola, Santiago Sáez, Carmela Barsamian, Paulo Sánchez Lima, Majo Chicar, Laura Azcurra, Gastón Ricaud, Majo Cardozo and Axel Muñiz. In January 2019 it was announced that the telenovela would be released on February 22, 2019, and the first season will consist of 15 episodes.
Soundtrack
On January 18, 2019, Warner Music Argentina released the first EP for telenovela with four songs, of which Tonight and Just Feel It were released as singles.
