Gabriel Fernando Atz , called Gabriel (born August 4, 1981 in Portão , Rio Grande do Sul ) is a Brazilian soccer player who played for the Bulgarian first division club FC Chernomorets Burgas since January 2010 . He stayed there until August 2011, when FC Chernomorets Burgas terminated the contract due to financial problems.

In 2008 Gabriel became Russian champion with Rubin Kazan . In 2009 Gabriel was loaned to the Spanish second division club Gimnàstic de Tarragona and played there until the end of the Spanish season. After the end of the season, Gimnàstic decided, despite a purchase option, not to sign Gabriel.
