Gabriel Luna
Gabriel Isaac Luna (born December 5, 1982 in Austin , Texas ) is an American actor . He gained fame through his leading role in the television series Matador and as Ghost Rider in Marvel's Agents of SHIELD. He was also seen as Miguel Gilb in True Detective , as well as one of the main characters in the short-lived ABC series Wicked City . In 2018 he was cast for the role of Terminator Rev-9 in the sequel Terminator: Dark Fate of the film series of the same name.
Life
Gabriel Luna was born in Austin to Deborah Ann (née Perez) and Gabriel Lopez Luna (1962-1982), both of whom are of Mexican descent. His father died at the age of 20, three months before Gabriel was born. Luna attended St. Edwards University , where he made his stage debut as Romeo Montague in the Shakespeare production Romeo and Juliet . He graduated from university in 2005.
