Gabriel Ximenes

Gabriel Ximenes (born August 6, 1956 in Ermera , Portuguese Timor , † July 17, 2009 in Surabaya , Indonesia ), fighting name Fitun ( German  star ), was a politician from East Timor. He was a member of the Partido Democrático (PD) and president of the party in the Ermera district .

Ximenes only had classes for one year as a child. In the 2007 parliamentary elections , he entered the East Timorese national parliament . Here Ximenes was a member of the Commission on Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security (Commission B). However, Ximenes died in a Surabaya hospital in 2009. He was followed by Álvaro do Nascimento in Parliament.
