Gabriele Wirth

Gabriele Wirth (born June 2, 1943 in Bautzen ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the Saxon state parliament .

Life

After primary school, Gabriele Wirth attended the extended Sorbian high school in Kleinwelka , where she passed her Abitur. From 1962 to 1964 she trained as a dental technician. He then studied dentistry in Leipzig with the state examination in 1969. 1972 took place the Promotion A . Then Ms. Wirth trained as a specialist in general stomatology . She has been working since 1970, in the polyclinic and in the state dental practice. She has been a company dentist since 1979.

Mrs. Wirth is Protestant, married and has two children.

Gabriele Wirth has been a member of the SDP since February 1990 . She was deputy chairwoman of the Bischofswerda branch . She was also a district councilor at the district council of the district of Bischofswerda .

In October 1990, Ms. Wirth entered the Saxon state parliament via the state list of the SPD Saxony , to which she belonged for an electoral period until 1994. There she was a member of the Committee for Federal and European Affairs and the Committee for Agriculture, Food and Forests.
