Gabriella O'Grady (born February 18, 1997 ) is an Australian athlete who competes in the sprint and specializes in the 400-meter distance .

Athletic career

Gabriella O'Grady gained her first international experience in 2016 at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz , where she reached the semifinals over 400 meters, but could not finish her run there. She was also used in the Australian 4 x 100 meter relay in the run-up. The following year she took part in the Summer Universiade in Taipei for the first time , where she finished fifth in 45.15 s with the 4 x 100 meter relay and in 3: 41.08 min also with the 4 times -400 meter relay. Two years later, she finished seventh in the Student World Games in Naples in 52.27s. In addition, she won the bronze medal behind Ukraine and Mexico in 3: 34.01 min.

In 2017, O'Grady became the Australian champion in the 4 x 100 meter relay.
