The Galen Peak is a 1520  m high mountain in the south of the Brabant Island in the West Antarctic Palmer Archipelago . In the Solvay Mountains, it rises 5 km west of Buls Bay on the south side of the Hippocrates Glacier .

Participants in the Belgica expedition (1897-1899) of the Belgian polar explorer Adrien de Gerlache de Gomery carried out the first mapping. Another mapping was carried out in 1959 using aerial photographs by Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd. from 1956 to 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the mountain on September 23, 1960 after the Greek doctor and anatomist Galēn (≈ 129 AD - ≈ 200 AD).
