The Galgenberg is 67 m above sea level. NHN high mountain in Brandenburg . Its summit is in the south of Miersdorf ( Zeuthen ) near the border with the Wildau community in the Dahme-Spreewald district .
Colloquially, the hill is also called powder mountain. In the area of the mountain and ridge, two shooting ranges of a powder factory had been laid out and operated from 1891. The shooting ranges and ranges were recognizable until the 1960s, but were then filled in or removed. The Höllengrund - Pulverberg nature reserve stretches from the western flank of the mountain to the Ebgraben .
