Gammel Pøl ( Danish : " Old Pfuhl ") refers to the southeastern tip of the Danish island of Als and the Gammel Pøl Fyr lighthouse there . The district as well as the lighthouse belong to the parish community ( Danish : Sogn ) Lysabild Sogn , which belonged to Harde Als Sønder Herred in what was then Aabenraa-Sønderborg until the Danish municipal reform of 1970 , then to Sydals Kommune in what was then Sønderjyllands Amt , which was part of the train the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 in the "new" Sønderborg municipality in the region of Syddanmark has merged.
